Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

Once an order has been successfully placed and payment processed, cancellations or refunds cannot be requested. Refunds (in the form of store credit only) will be considered only if:

 

·       The order is not delivered within 15 days because Nuts The Way failed to ship it.

·       The shipping location is not serviceable by our courier partners.

·       Damaged products are not refunded and will be handled under the Exchange Policy.

 

No refunds will be issued in cases such as:

·       Customer dislikes the product after delivery or feels it does not meet expectations.

·       Incorrect/insufficient address provided

·       Recipient unavailable or refusing delivery

·       Delivery made to an alternate recipient/location specified by the customer

·       Force majeure events (circumstances beyond our control)

·       Product tampered with/altered by customer
